AGXECUTIVE is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer for an established Romanian agribusiness company undergoing an important phase of transformation and development.
We are looking for a senior finance leader able to transform Finance into a true business partner, strengthening financial control and supporting executive decision-making.
YOUR MISSION
• Lead and develop the Finance function
• Drive controlling, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow
• Strengthen internal controls and financial performance
• Optimize and digitalize financial processes, including ERP implementation
• Act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and executive team
YOUR PROFILE
• 10+ years in Finance, including 5+ years in a senior financial leadership role
• Strong expertise in controlling, FP&A and management reporting
• Experience with financial transformation and ERP projects
• Background in agribusiness, food, manufacturing, trading or distribution
• Strong leadership, business orientation and change-management skills
• Advanced English
