Florin Constantin
Florin is the Founder of Agxecutive after spending more than 10 years in executive roles in the agribusiness sector, as a Business Unit Manager for South-East Europe on behalf of a seeds company or as a Strategy Development Director for a crop protection multinational corporation. He has created and finances the development of AGXECUTIVE because he has seen, both as an (unsatisfied) recruiter and (equally unsatisfied) candidate, how poorly this specific sector was serviced in the area of recruitment and technical&commercial training around the Black Sea. Florin holds a Master's degree in Competitive Intelligence and has graduated in International Law from Jean Moulin - Lyon 3 University. He is the son of a farmer and lived his early years on a farm growing pigs, cows and cultivating land. Florin is currently acting as a strategic consultant in AgTech area, performs Farm Due Diligences, intervenes in market positioning and organizational turnaround operations and, last but not least, takes pleasure in training professionals from the agribusiness sector. Florin speaks English, French and Romanian and holds both French and Romanian citizenships.
Marius Cutuș
After 25 years working in the defense system of the human resources line, he made the transition to the agricultural field, where he discovered new things and new people, through which he believes he evolved professionally and in the right direction. He is a Senior Consultant - Executive Recruitment Quality Management and at Agxecutive he feels he has found real work in the HR field, with people he can learn from. Marius works alongside a multi-disciplinary team that spans four generations, so they are flexible in relation to each type of candidate. Marius has a Master's degree in Criminal Sciences, speaks Romanian and English. He doesn't regret his choice.
Camelia Lebada
Camelia is a graduate of the Economic Engineering in Agriculture specialization, within USAMV Bucharest. It started with an internship in Agxecutive, and then continued as a Consultant for Training, Formation, Specialization and Professional Development in the agribusiness and agri-food sector.Through its main responsibilities, there is: continuous commercial market prospecting in order to identify, contact and contract new beneficiaries, implement training programs, organization at administrative and commercial level, etc. Camelia speaks English, French and Romanian.
Angi Mocanu
Angi has graduated the University of Agronomical Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest from the Faculty of Management and Rural Development. She has started with an internship at Agxecutive. This was the best opportunity for her to understand the agro-food sector and more particularly the executive recruitment services in this field. Among her main responsibilities are: searching for new prospects, identifying and attracting suitable candidates, conducting interviews and presenting the qualified profiles to the employers. Since joining the Agxecutive team, she has realized that agro People need professional support in managing their careers and new development perspectives in order to be able to effectively contribute to the improvement of agriculture.Her vision is based on finding the appropriate solutions to the current Human Capital challenges in Agxecutive's domain of competence. Angi is fluent in both Romanian and English.
