  • Build strong partnerships across the agricultural & grain storage ecosystem
  • Drive sales across the entire cycle, from prospecting to closing

  • Manage budgets and track performance
 What We’re Looking For
  • 2-3 years in sales / business development
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in developing and expanding business activities is a plus
  • Background in agriculture/agronomy is an advantage

  • Confident communicator across all levels
  • Comfortable with field presence and travel
  • Polish (fluent), English (fluent)

  • Elaborarea și implementarea planului de business regional, în linie cu strategia Aectra.
  • Dezvoltarea rețelei de distribuitori și a relațiilor directe cu ferme mari și fermieri profesioniști.
  • Reprezentarea portofoliului Aectra cu expertiză tehnică și comercială solidă.
  • Negocierea condițiilor comerciale în cadrul stabilit.
  • Analiza pieței, a concurenței și a tendințelor de preț.
  • Realizarea de forecast-uri corecte și raportări periodice de performanță.
 Cerințe
  • Cunoștințe solide de agronomie, soluții agricole și agricultură sustenabilă.
  • Minimum 8 ani experiență senior în agribusiness (inputuri agricole, protecția plantelor, fertilizanți).
  • Experiență relevantă în vânzări B2B prin distribuitori și/sau direct către ferme mari.
  • Abilități avansate de negociere și vânzare.
  • Mentalitate antreprenorială; capacitatea de a lucra ca independent.
  • Autonomie ridicată și capacitate de lucru cu supervizare minimă.

Looking for a fresh start after the holidays?
We are recruiting a Commodity trader for a leading multinational company, with headquarters in Bucharest.
If you have a strong understanding of the grain markets, excellent negotiation skills, and a drive to grow in a high-performing environment — this could be your next big move.        Responsibilities
  • Monitoring the grain market and developing purchasing and sales strategies;
  • Identifying new partners and expanding the client/supplier portfolio;
  • Negotiating sales and purchase contracts with suppliers and clients;
  • Preparing regular reports on transactions, profitability, and market forecasts;
  • Risk management & hedging.
          Requirements
  • University degree (in Economics, Agriculture, or related fields);
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in grain trading or other agricultural commodities;
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills;
  • Strong knowledge of the agricultural market in Romania and Eastern Europe;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools – experience with ERP systems is an advantage;
  • Advanced English language skills (spoken and written);
  • Strategic thinking and ability to make quick, informed decisions.
