Agxecutive is hiring a Technical Sales Representative to accelerate growth in Poland for an international leader in innovative post-harvest crop protection solutions for the grain storage industry.

This is your opportunity to lead development, shape strategy, and create real impact in a high-potential market.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong partnerships across the agricultural & grain storage ecosystem
  • Drive sales across the entire cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Promote innovative crop protection solutions
  • Execute and contribute to the commercial strategy
  • Represent the company at key industry events
  • Manage budgets and track performance

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years in sales / business development
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in developing and expanding business activities is a plus
  • Background in agriculture/agronomy is an advantage

 

Your Profile

  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven
  • Confident communicator across all levels
  • Comfortable with field presence and travel
  • Polish (fluent), English (fluent)
  • Driving license
