Agxecutive is hiring a Technical Sales Representative to accelerate growth in Poland for an international leader in innovative post-harvest crop protection solutions for the grain storage industry.

What You’ll Do
- Build strong partnerships across the agricultural & grain storage ecosystem
- Drive sales across the entire cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Promote innovative crop protection solutions
- Execute and contribute to the commercial strategy
- Represent the company at key industry events
- Manage budgets and track performance
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years in sales / business development
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience in developing and expanding business activities is a plus
- Background in agriculture/agronomy is an advantage
Your Profile
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven
- Confident communicator across all levels
- Comfortable with field presence and travel
- Polish (fluent), English (fluent)
- Driving license
