We are seeking for a talented Sales Representative to cover following duties in South-Western Romania:

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics;
• Budget & Forecast Sales management for the assigned area;
• Follow up on orders, logistics, technical support, and manage customer complaints;
• Create pull effect at key farmer level and supplement the effort of distribution;
• Field trials and tracking of promotional activities;
• Demand creation with daily contact with key-farmers from relevant segment;
• Competition & Market Analysis;
• Contribution to define and implement marketing plans;

Requirements

• Education: Graduated in Agricultural Sciences or similar;
• Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in agribusiness (CPP, Seeds and farming consulting);
• Proficiency in crop management (protection and nutrition);
• Proficiency in Field trials management, reporting and negociation;
• Skilled in Office, Client Order Management System(SF), CRM;
• Fluency in English;
• Category B driving license;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
